What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the engagement with specialty chemical and raw material suppliers, ensuring that buyers on Valdera's procurement platform receive high-quality quotes. You will take ownership of supplier engagement, managing multiple RFQs and ensuring timely responses from suppliers. Your understanding of chemical markets will be crucial in identifying the right suppliers and motivating their participation.

You will conduct in-depth supply market assessments to stay informed about trends and developments in the chemical industry. This knowledge will enable you to provide valuable insights to buyers and help them make informed decisions. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and feedback.
