Harvey is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to work closely with leaders in Engineering, Product & Design on compensation strategies. This role requires expertise in attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market.
You have a strong background in compensation strategy and analysis, ideally with experience in the tech industry. You understand the nuances of compensation structures and how they impact talent acquisition and retention. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align compensation practices with organizational goals. You are detail-oriented and analytical, capable of interpreting data to inform compensation decisions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex compensation concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
