What you'll do

As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include accurately receiving and stocking inventory — you will ensure that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain high standards. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers, ensuring that orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.

You will communicate with customers through the app, providing clear and pleasant interactions, especially when substitution approvals are needed. Your role will also involve maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to DashMart safety and security standards. You will complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management, contributing to a well-organized and efficient workspace.
