Figure is seeking a Manager of Stock Plan Administration to oversee equity program administration and ensure compliance. This role requires expertise in equity-related processes and experience with E*TRADE or Morgan Stanley Shareworks.
You have a strong background in stock plan administration, with a focus on ensuring operational accuracy and regulatory compliance. Your experience includes hands-on ownership of equity-related processes, making you the go-to expert in this area. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of Figure's equity programs. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley Shareworks, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be tasked with reporting on equity program metrics and maintaining data integrity across all platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating regulatory compliance and ensuring that all equity-related processes align with company policies. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to provide support and guidance on equity-related inquiries from employees. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience by providing clear communication and support regarding equity programs.
