Upstart is seeking a Customer Success Manager to grow and manage lending partnerships with banks and credit unions. You'll support compliance, financial, and product needs while driving business growth. This role requires strong communication and project management skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to respond rapidly to client requests and ensure all interactions are professional and effective. You are detail-oriented and possess strong project management skills, enabling you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines. You are passionate about improving access to affordable credit and are motivated by the impact you can make in this role. You thrive in a digital-first environment and are comfortable working remotely while collaborating with teams across various locations.

Desirable

Experience in the lending or financial technology industry is a plus. Familiarity with compliance regulations and financial products will help you succeed in this role.
