You are a strategic thinker who can anticipate market trends and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Telecom Sourcing team, driving efforts to establish and maintain strategic relationships with cellular providers worldwide. You will work closely with internal teams to define and implement Samsara's connectivity strategy, ensuring that our products remain connected and operational. You will analyze market trends and supplier performance, using insights to inform sourcing decisions and optimize costs. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to align sourcing strategies with product development and operational needs. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms that support Samsara's business objectives. You will also monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
