Vanta is seeking a Ramp Acceleration Manager for Sales Development in London to lead the early-stage performance of new SDRs. You'll focus on skill development and quota attainment, fostering a high-performance environment.
You have a strong background in sales development and coaching, with a proven track record of helping new hires achieve peak performance. You thrive in a data-driven environment and are passionate about empowering teams to reach their highest potential. As the Ramp Acceleration Manager for EMEA at Vanta, you will lead the SDR Ramp Program, focusing on the early-stage performance of new Sales Development Representatives. You will develop and execute tailored ramp programs that ensure new hires achieve peak performance quickly. Your role will involve fostering an environment of high performance and accountability, where coaching and performance management are key. You will partner closely with the global Ramp Acceleration Manager and GTM Enablement to ensure that SDRs ramp to productivity within 90 days. You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and providing consistent reinforcement and live coaching to help your team succeed. Your strategic leadership will empower SDRs to meet their quotas and contribute to Vanta's mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust.
