Shift4 is seeking a Supervisor, Sales to lead a team of SkyTab Sales Representatives and drive new business revenue. You'll provide coaching and mentorship while managing sales performance metrics. This role requires strong leadership skills and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
You are a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue and developing talent. With experience in leading sales teams, you excel in coaching and motivating others to achieve their best. You understand the importance of metrics and are adept at using data to inform your decisions and strategies. Your leadership style fosters a high-performance culture where teamwork and accountability thrive. You are familiar with the payments ecosystem and have a strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement. You are comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage pipelines and track performance.
In this role, you will lead a team of SkyTab Sales Representatives, providing daily coaching and mentorship to ensure their success. You will conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to drive accountability and sales excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the onboarding and continuous development of team members, ensuring they ramp up quickly and effectively. You will monitor key performance indicators such as activity metrics, pipeline health, and revenue attainment to assess team performance. Additionally, you will support your team during customer calls and demos, helping to close deals and remove obstacles that may hinder their success. You will lead by example as a top-performing seller, consistently meeting or exceeding your individual quota while fostering a positive and energetic sales culture.
