What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of Lendable's internal automation platform, driving its development and scaling efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation that enhance operational efficiency and improve the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and business impact, and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.

You will conduct user research to gather insights that inform product decisions, working closely with data analysts to define success metrics and track performance. You will lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring that the team is aligned on priorities and deliverables. Your role will also involve stakeholder management, where you will communicate product updates and gather feedback to refine the product strategy.

You will mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture within the organization. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in discussions with engineering teams, helping to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and user needs. You will advocate for best practices in product management, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
