You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment — you've successfully partnered with enterprise clients to drive adoption and maximize value from their investments. Your ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders is key, as you will act as a strategic advisor to help customers understand their users and leverage Sprig effectively.
You are skilled in managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal — you understand the importance of each stage and how to ensure a seamless experience for high-value accounts. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product adoption — your communication skills enable you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for expansion and renewal, ensuring that customers see continuous value from Sprig.
