What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute change management programs that facilitate the adoption of legal AI solutions at Harvey's most strategic customer accounts. You will collaborate closely with our strategy consulting partners to ensure that clients successfully navigate their legal transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored change management strategies, conducting stakeholder assessments, and providing ongoing support to clients as they implement new technologies. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of these initiatives and iterating on strategies based on client feedback and outcomes. Your role will require you to stay closely connected with both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the process.
