Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Mechanic to perform light to medium automotive repairs and diagnostics. You'll work on various vehicle systems including radiators, timing belts, and climate control. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your capability in handling various automotive systems. As a Mid-Level Automotive Mechanic, you are skilled in performing light to medium repairs and diagnostics, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition for customers. You possess a valid driver’s license and can effectively communicate in English, both written and spoken. Your experience includes working with tools and equipment in a high-tech environment, showcasing your adaptability to modern automotive technologies. You are committed to delivering quality service and have a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing general automotive repairs, including but not limited to radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You will complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will carry out vehicle climate control repairs and replacements for ACs and heater cores, contributing to the overall functionality and comfort of the vehicles. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that you have the resources needed to perform your job effectively. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
