Overview

Elastic is seeking a Customer Architect to drive the adoption of their solutions in alignment with customer business objectives. You'll leverage your technical expertise in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search to onboard and support customers effectively. Who you are

You have a solid understanding of technology and hands-on experience in key IT domains, particularly in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search. With a strong technical background, you are familiar with cloud-based software solutions and are eager to stay at the forefront of technology trends. You possess a growth mindset and are excited to learn and implement new technologies. While previous experience with Elastic solutions is not a prerequisite, your eagerness to adopt their suite of solutions and apply them effectively to solve customer challenges is critical.

You thrive in a role that requires you to be a Trusted Technical Advisor, working closely with customers to drive the consumption of Elastic solutions. Your ability to align these solutions with customer business objectives is essential, as is your skill in onboarding customers and securing their adoption. You are passionate about helping organizations leverage their data effectively and are committed to facilitating expansion within their use of Elastic's offerings.

Desirable

Experience in a customer-facing role where you have successfully driven technology adoption and customer satisfaction would be advantageous. Familiarity with Elastic's products and solutions, while not mandatory, would be a plus. You are someone who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their business objectives and how Elastic's solutions can meet their needs.
