You have a strong background in program management, with at least 5 years of experience leading complex technical projects. Your expertise in AI and SaaS initiatives allows you to drive product development effectively. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Your understanding of agile methodologies enables you to facilitate rituals such as standups and sprint planning, ensuring alignment across teams. You are results-driven, with a focus on defining program scope and success metrics that align with business goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate project objectives and updates to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform industries, particularly in the realm of electronics design and supply chain management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI and SaaS initiatives across multiple squads. You will define program scope, success metrics, and execution plans in collaboration with product managers and engineering leads.
