Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. With 9 years of experience, you are well-versed in Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Administration, Machine Learning, Networking, and Kubernetes. Your coding skills in general-purpose languages such as Python, Java, Go, C, or C++ are complemented by your understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. You possess experience in AI model training, performance analysis, and integration with cloud services, ensuring customer projects are completed successfully. Your background in computer networking, including firewalls, routing, and load balancing, along with your knowledge of web technologies like HTTP, HTML, DNS, and TCP, makes you a strong candidate. Additionally, you have preferred qualifications in recommendation systems, natural language processing, speech recognition, or computer vision, and you are adept at troubleshooting ML models using TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organizations, resolving technical deployment obstacles and improving Google Cloud. You will lead the design and implementation of AI-based solutions and web services, utilizing your effective leadership and influencing skills in AI/ML applications. Your responsibilities will include ensuring 24-hour customer support, which may require working non-standard hours or weekends. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and consultants to provide top-notch support and develop tools for faster diagnosis. Your ability to recommend ML best practices for practical business use will be crucial in driving customer success and satisfaction. You will also engage in continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
