You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in financial services or credit products. You understand the needs of small and medium enterprises and are excited about creating solutions that help them thrive. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing scale-up. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of partner credit products, ensuring they meet the needs of our SME members. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to create a seamless user experience in our credit marketplace. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, translating findings into actionable product requirements. You will define success metrics for your products and monitor performance post-launch, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. You will collaborate with marketing to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and messaging. You will engage with stakeholders to align on product vision and roadmap, ensuring that all teams are informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle. You will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture at Tide.
