Bandwidth is seeking a Manager of International Account Management to lead a high-performing team focused on supporting and expanding Growth customer accounts. This role emphasizes people leadership and customer partnership to drive revenue growth.

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in leading teams that focus on customer success and growth. You understand the importance of building strong customer partnerships and have a track record of identifying expansion opportunities. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of customer development professionals responsible for managing and growing identified Growth customer accounts. You will coach your team to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are supported throughout their journey with Bandwidth. You will be accountable for the successful onboarding of new customers, facilitating a seamless transition that leads to rapid revenue recognition. Your focus will be on enabling your team to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that the team is aligned with the company's growth objectives. You will also track performance metrics to assess the team's success and identify areas for improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in driving consistent revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
