What you'll do

As the Director of Ingredient Quality & Continuous Improvement, you will own the implementation lifecycle of quality programs across North America. You will lead the end-to-end development and execution of these programs, ensuring that they are not just temporary fixes but sustainable solutions that drive long-term improvements. You will act as the chief architect for the North American Meal Kit Quality Program, developing standards and systems that ensure consistency across all sites. Your role will involve creating automated tracking systems to monitor execution and adherence to quality standards.

You will drive operational accountability by translating quality KPIs into actionable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our Distribution Centers. Your hands-on approach will see you on-site, working closely with teams to ensure that processes are followed and that quality metrics improve. You will be responsible for identifying root causes of quality issues and partnering with stakeholders to re-engineer processes that lead to better outcomes.

In this role, you will also be tasked with training staff on new processes and ensuring that they are adopted effectively. Your ability to communicate and collaborate with various teams will be crucial as you work to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization. You will be expected to travel as needed to oversee implementations and ensure that quality standards are upheld across all locations.
