Overview

Instawork is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise partnerships and acquire key accounts. This role requires 7+ years of enterprise sales experience and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 7 years of enterprise sales experience, leading end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation. You ensure a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation, demonstrating your ability to manage complex processes effectively. Your proven track record includes closing high-value deals exceeding $200K, often over extended sales cycles of 6 to 12 months. You possess deep experience with multi-threaded sales strategies, developing relationships across various departments and leadership levels. Your strong executive presence is complemented by exceptional communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring key enterprise accounts and forming channel partnerships. You will work closely with enterprise businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their workforce requirements. Your strategic thinking will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of enterprise sales, ensuring that you build lasting business relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to align on solutions that drive value for clients, and you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Your ability to close deals will be paramount, as you will be tasked with managing a pipeline of high-value opportunities. You will also contribute to the overall growth strategy of Instawork, leveraging your insights and experiences to enhance the sales process and improve client satisfaction.
