Overview

Glovo is seeking a Head of Operations, Strategy & Finance to lead operations and financial health in Croatia. You'll work closely with the General Manager to drive performance and profitability. This role requires strategic leadership and data-driven decision-making.

You are a strategic leader with a strong background in operations and finance, ready to take on the dual responsibility of managing both areas for Glovo Croatia. With at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, you have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at turning complex data into actionable insights that improve performance and profitability.

Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, fostering a culture where team members feel valued and heard. You understand the importance of collaboration and are skilled at building strong relationships across teams. You are data-driven and analytical, using metrics to guide your decision-making and to measure success.

Desirable

What you'll do

As the Head of Operations, Strategy & Finance, you will work closely with the General Manager to achieve best-in-class delivery performance while ensuring the financial health of Glovo in Croatia.
