What you'll do

As the Head of Operations, Strategy & Finance, you will work closely with the General Manager to achieve best-in-class delivery performance while ensuring the financial health of Glovo in Croatia. You will oversee the operations team, implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and improve service delivery. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and using data to inform strategic decisions that drive growth and profitability.

You will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring that the company meets its financial targets while maintaining operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with Glovo's overall mission and objectives, ensuring that the operations and finance teams work collaboratively towards common goals.

In this role, you will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
