Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at BrightEdge, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of customers, helping them translate their digital marketing goals into measurable success through the BrightEdge platform. This role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and data-driven problem-solving—you’ll guide customers in maximizing platform adoption, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
