Overview

Grammarly is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive growth initiatives across product, engineering, and marketing teams. You'll orchestrate cross-functional projects aimed at user acquisition and engagement. This role requires strong strategic and collaborative skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record of 5+ years in technical program management, ideally within a tech-focused environment. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives that align with business goals. You excel at fostering collaboration between product, engineering, and marketing teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive growth. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can translate complex concepts into actionable insights. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Desirable

Experience with AI-driven products or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with user acquisition strategies and growth metrics. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with in-person collaboration to build strong team dynamics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the strategic force behind Superhuman's growth initiatives, transforming ambitious visions into measurable results. You will work closely with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to orchestrate cross-functional projects that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, setting timelines, and ensuring that all teams are aligned on objectives and deliverables.

You will lead regular meetings to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. Your role will also involve analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that growth metrics are not just targets but integral to the product development process.

Collaboration will be key as you partner with various teams to ensure that growth strategies are embedded into every product. You will advocate for user-centric approaches, ensuring that the needs and feedback of users are prioritized in all initiatives.
