Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a positive car-buying experience. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, and are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' at Carvana.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the automotive industry. You are a team player who enjoys engaging with customers and the community, and you are motivated by performance-based growth opportunities. You are willing to undergo a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card as part of the hiring process.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers, answering any questions they may have and providing them with the information they need to feel confident in their purchase. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana and enhance customer relationships. You will work closely with your team to ensure that deliveries are made on time and that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

You will be expected to maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations while on the road. Your commitment to excellence will help Carvana continue to grow as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You will have the opportunity to unlock your earning potential through performance-based incentives, with pay increases available every 90 days based on your contributions.
