Your programming skills in Python or a similar language enable you to translate complex data into actionable insights, and you are comfortable communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You may also have a PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field, which further enhances your analytical capabilities. Your experience includes designing, developing, evaluating, and deploying intelligent self-sustaining agents, and you are familiar with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, and AI/ML services related to LLMs and generative AI. You have a strong understanding of customer support processes and how AI can enhance these experiences.

You will build predictive, personalized, and proactive solutions that define the future of customer support. Your responsibilities will include working with datasets to develop and deploy innovative AI/ML solutions, ensuring that the insights derived from data are actionable and aligned with business strategies. You will monitor and maintain deployed LLM and AI agent solutions in production, tracking key performance indicators, identifying and addressing model drift, and ensuring system stability and scalability.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate their business needs into technical requirements, identifying AI/ML opportunities that can enhance customer experiences. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies. You will also be responsible for communicating your findings and insights effectively to various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about the impact of your work.
