What you'll do

As a Veterinary Assistant at Fox Creek, you will provide skilled care to our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment. You will communicate with clients, providing them with status updates for hospitalized patients and guidance on home care instructions. You will educate clients on preventative medicine and wellness care, helping them understand vaccine requirements and laboratory procedures. Your role will also involve preparing estimates and supporting hospital financial policies. You will work closely with veterinarians to address complex inquiries and ensure that clients feel informed and supported throughout their experience.
