You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and over 7 years of technical engineering experience. You are self-driven, curious to learn, proactive, and result-oriented, with a strong ability to influence architectural roadmaps and lead complex projects. Your experience includes designing systems for scalability and performance, ensuring the highest quality while following best engineering practices. You enjoy mentoring others and actively contributing to the community on advanced technical issues. You are comfortable getting hands-on with code, writing, reviewing, and deploying the best code into production.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and influence the architecture roadmap and vision, leading key technical initiatives and serving as the lead on technically complex, cross-functional projects. You will design systems that prioritize scalability and performance, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing appropriate quality plans, test strategies, and processes. You will also assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and sharing your expertise within the community. Your proactive approach will help drive the success of the team and the projects you work on.
