As an Associate in Risk/Compliance at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant regulations and standards. You will review operational practices and create policies and procedures that align with compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting regulatory reviews and communicating with various departments to maintain current compliance levels. You will provide training to team members, ensuring they are aware of the procedures necessary to meet compliance requirements. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Compliance, you will work closely with your team to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $88,560 - $116,235 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in the company's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
