As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will conduct cold calls to business owners and perform strong needs assessments to set appointments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, making each day different and rewarding.
Hibu provides a base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be between $85,000-$95,000 in your first year and $100,000-$115,000 in your second year.
