What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Executive at Ridgeline, you will lead business development efforts to open new markets and sell to named accounts in the asset management industry. Your primary responsibility will be to drive net-new customer acquisition by showcasing Ridgeline’s modern platform as a transformational solution. You will work closely with the Go-To-Market team to develop strategies that resonate with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

You will engage with prospects through various channels, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for growth. Your role will involve building meaningful client relationships, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning Ridgeline’s solutions as the answer to their needs. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with cross-functional teams to align on product offerings and marketing strategies. You will also play a crucial role in expanding Ridgeline’s presence in the market, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

What we offer

Ridgeline offers a competitive compensation package, with a typical starting range for new hires in this role between $340,000 and $401,000 CAD. We value your experience and expertise, and final compensation will be determined based on multiple factors.
