Databricks is seeking a Senior Program Manager for their Customer Enablement team to drive the commercial success of training and enablement offerings. You'll work closely with sales and customer success teams to tailor programs that enhance customer adoption and ROI.
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in customer enablement or training within the tech industry. Your ability to connect learning solutions with business outcomes is exceptional, and you understand how to drive customer retention and expansion through effective enablement strategies. You thrive in customer-facing roles and have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical experts, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You are adept at diagnosing skill gaps and building comprehensive enablement roadmaps that empower customers to maximize their investment in technology. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
In this role, you will own the commercial success of Databricks’ training and enablement portfolio across the EMEA Central region. You will partner with account executives and engagement managers to position learning as a strategic investment in each customer’s data and AI journey. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs, from discovery and design through execution and evaluation. You will work closely with customers to translate their goals into tailored enablement programs that accelerate transformation and deliver measurable ROI. Additionally, you will drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement, ensuring that customers have the knowledge and confidence to realize the full value of their Databricks platform. You will also be responsible for tracking program performance and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve the effectiveness of enablement offerings.
