Clever is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between customer success and growth. You'll focus on building programs that amplify customer advocacy and storytelling. This role requires a customer-centric mindset and strong collaboration skills.
You have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in customer advocacy and engagement strategies. You are a storyteller at heart, able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers and drive engagement. Your customer-centric approach means you prioritize the voice of the customer in all marketing initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and Sales to ensure alignment and maximize impact. You are data-driven, using metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make informed decisions. You are passionate about education and understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the K12 space.
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that deepen user engagement and generate demand. You will work closely with the Growth and Customer Marketing team to create programs that transform customer love into measurable advocacy and referral loops. You will partner with Customer Success to gather insights and feedback from customers, using this information to inform marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will lead storytelling efforts that highlight customer success stories, showcasing the impact of Clever's platform on students and educators. You will analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously improve strategies and ensure alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with Sales to support customer acquisition efforts and enhance the overall customer experience. You will play a key role in expanding Clever's reach into new markets and with new customers, driving growth and engagement across the ecosystem.
