You have a solid background in UX research, with experience in various methodologies to gather user insights and inform design decisions. You understand the importance of user-centered design and can effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to create impactful user experiences. You are passionate about technology and how it can empower users to build custom solutions. Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus, as is familiarity with usability testing and user interviews. Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD can enhance your contributions to the team. A background in software development or an understanding of technical concepts will help you communicate effectively with engineering teams.
