Wayflyer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for critical roles in business and technology. You'll collaborate with technical and functional leaders to attract top talent. This role requires experience in recruitment, particularly in technical fields.
You have a strong background in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in recruiting for technical roles such as Engineering, IT, and Product. You understand the nuances of balancing technical requirements with niche business functions like Credit Risk and Underwriting. Your ability to partner closely with leaders across various functions allows you to effectively identify and attract the right candidates for diverse roles. You are a sound person and an excellent operator, embodying the values of integrity, creativity, and bold optimism that Wayflyer stands for. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing interviews and facilitating offers. You will work closely with technical and functional leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, utilizing various sourcing methods, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. You will also be involved in employer branding initiatives to promote Wayflyer as an employer of choice. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that aligns with the company's mission and values.
