You have a strong background in managing construction projects, particularly within the retail grocery and food service sectors. Your operational knowledge of retail execution and production flow is complemented by your ability to cultivate relationships with contractors and stakeholders. You are data-driven and solution-oriented, with a passion for effective store design and operational workflow processes. Your advanced planning and organizational skills enable you to monitor projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with peers in Store Development to achieve shared goals. Your experience includes overseeing tactical execution and reporting to key stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with facilities infrastructure and a general understanding of how store-level production equipment impacts operations would be beneficial. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus, as is a background in cross-functional team collaboration.
In this role, you will manage ongoing requests for replacement equipment and small project support, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. You will report directly to an Executive Leader, providing updates on project status and key metrics to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, service providers, and equipment suppliers, as well as collaborating with Store Development teams to drive projects to completion. You will be responsible for preparing and guiding project schedules, ensuring that all timelines are met and that projects align with operational goals. Your role will also involve analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve operational workflows, contributing to the overall success of the Store Development initiatives.
