ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and cultivate customer relationships. You'll be responsible for strategic account partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing strategic accounts. You excel at building trusted advisor relationships and understand the importance of driving product adoption and retention. Your proactive approach ensures that you advocate for your customers within the organization, helping them achieve their defined objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about delivering high levels of business value to your clients. You are results-oriented and have a strong ability to analyze customer needs and develop strategic account plans that align with their goals. You are comfortable conducting business reviews and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within your accounts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as an extension of our strategic customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will develop and execute strategic account plans that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include delivering business reviews, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to address any issues that arise. You will be expected to cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders at your accounts, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their needs. You will also play a critical role in onboarding new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from the start. Your ability to communicate effectively and advocate for your customers will be essential in this position.
