Figure is seeking a Director of Crypto Partnerships to lead strategy and partnership efforts for their innovative blockchain-based loan products. You'll work with TradFi institutions and crypto-native platforms to drive adoption and growth. This role requires expertise in blockchain technology.
You have a strong background in partnerships and business development, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the fintech or blockchain space. You understand the intricacies of capital markets and have a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively makes you a natural leader in discussions with both traditional financial institutions and crypto-native platforms. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for innovative ways to leverage blockchain technology to create value. You are passionate about the potential of blockchain to transform financial services and are eager to contribute to a company that is at the forefront of this revolution.
Experience with crypto-backed financial products or stablecoins is a plus. In this role, you will lead Figure's strategy for partnerships focused on their Democratized Prime and Crypto-Backed Loan products. You will identify and engage with potential partners in both traditional finance and the crypto space, developing relationships that drive adoption and increase loan volume. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of Figure's offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse range of customers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align partnership strategies with overall business goals. You will also monitor industry trends and competitor activities, using this information to inform your approach and keep Figure ahead of the curve. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the partnerships team, empowering your colleagues to think creatively and pursue ambitious goals.
