You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience managing strategic accounts. You excel at building relationships with senior stakeholders and understand the complexities of large organizations. Your ability to communicate the value of technology solutions is second to none, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.
You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics to inform your sales strategies. You understand the software development lifecycle and can articulate how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform can solve real business problems. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced sales environment, always looking for ways to improve your approach and drive results.
