Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 6 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs. Your background includes triaging technical issues or software development, and you have experience creating content for technical audiences, such as developer documentation or IT administration playbooks. Desirable

You have experience in crisis response and escalation management across multiple teams, as well as developing developer tools such as automation, testing, and debugging. Your expertise extends to cloud-based serverless, storage, and networking technologies, including App Engine or distributed computing. Additionally, you have experience as a System/Network Administrator supporting Linux/Unix systems, covering everything from the OS Kernel to Shell, file systems, and client-server protocols. Knowledge of SQL administration, schema design, and query profiling, along with core data structures and concepts, is also part of your skill set.

You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of solutions that impact customers globally. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Join us in making a difference in the world of cloud services and technology.
