You are skilled at communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner, making it easy for customers to understand the value of the products you represent. Your ability to build relationships with clients and partners is a key strength, allowing you to effectively address their needs and concerns. You are proactive in seeking feedback from customers and using that information to inform product development and improvements. You are passionate about observability and understand the risks that businesses face in this area, enabling you to educate customers effectively.
Experience with observability tools or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with the competitive landscape in the software industry. In this role, you will partner with the sales team to articulate Datadog's value proposition to potential customers.
