Deel is seeking a Senior Payroll Associate to manage payroll processes for global teams. You'll work with an all-in-one payroll and HR platform, ensuring compliance and efficiency. This role requires expertise in payroll management and a strong understanding of global employment regulations.
You have significant experience in payroll management, ideally with a focus on global payroll processes — you understand the complexities of managing payroll across different countries and are familiar with various compliance requirements. Your attention to detail ensures that payroll is processed accurately and on time, and you are adept at using payroll software and tools to streamline operations.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret payroll data and generate reports that inform decision-making — you are comfortable working with numbers and can identify discrepancies or areas for improvement in payroll processes. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR and finance, to ensure a seamless payroll experience for employees.
