You have a proven track record in marketing program management, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on partnerships. Your experience spans at least 5 years, during which you've developed a deep understanding of marketing strategies that drive user engagement and retention. You are adept at analyzing data to inform decisions and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with brand standards and objectives.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development and external partners. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to your success. You understand the nuances of different markets, particularly in Latin America and Southern Europe, and can tailor strategies to meet diverse business objectives.
Your passion for technology and innovation drives you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. You are comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and can pivot strategies as needed to capitalize on new opportunities. You are also committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives in driving creativity and innovation.
Experience in the retail, MVPD, finance, or carrier sectors would be advantageous. Familiarity with Apple Services such as Apple TV, Apple Music, and iCloud+ will help you hit the ground running. A background in data analytics tools and marketing automation platforms will enhance your ability to execute effective campaigns.
In this role, you will lead key external partnerships, focusing on driving growth and retention for Apple Services. You will collaborate with Business Development to align marketing initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring that all programs are designed to maximize impact. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences across various verticals.
You will be the primary point of contact for the Retail vertical, sharing insights and best practices with the broader Partner Marketing team. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and performance metrics to refine marketing approaches and enhance partner engagement. You will also be responsible for creating scalable marketing programs that can adapt to changing market conditions and consumer behaviors.
Your ability to make data-driven decisions will be crucial as you assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with Apple's brand values. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of training materials and resources for partners to help them effectively promote Apple Services.
