Overview

Block is seeking a Director of Field Sales for the Central Region to lead and scale their Field Sales organization. This role requires a driven sales leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and operational discipline.

You are a driven sales leader with a proven track record in scaling sales organizations. With at least 5 years of experience in sales management, you thrive in competitive environments and inspire performance in your team. Your entrepreneurial spirit allows you to navigate challenges effectively, and you possess strong operational discipline to ensure success. You understand the nuances of the sales process and can adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse sellers, from small businesses to large enterprises.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with omnichannel solutions. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for building relationships with clients and stakeholders alike.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Field Sales organization across the Central Region, driving growth and performance. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds targets.
