Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner in a technology or engineering-focused environment. You understand the complexities of aligning people strategy with business objectives and are passionate about fostering engagement and diversity within teams. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are adept at navigating complex challenges and thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven settings. You are committed to creating a workplace where employees can thrive and feel valued.

Desirable

Experience in the grocery or e-commerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with designing people-oriented processes from the ground up. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are comfortable working with data to inform your decisions. What you'll do

As an HR Business Partner at Instacart, you will operate at the intersection of people strategy and business objectives, driving programs that foster scalability, engagement, and diversity within the Engineering organization.
