This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure and engineering solutions that support the transportation network’s operational efficiency and scalability. The position leads the development of network engineering standards, technical specifications, and architectural frameworks while ensuring the integration of various transportation systems and technologies. Key responsibilities include capturing business requirements from transportation network plan managers, translating them into proposals that will feed transportation systems via ROW configuration, following up on the deployment plan, measuring and assessing whether results meet expectations, and acting promptly when defects are identified. The role requires deep expertise in Amazon transportation systems, while working closely with operations teams from Brazil (BR) and Rest of World (ROW) to validate and implement network change solutions.- Experience managing teams

- Experience delivering cross functional projects
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- - English knowledge- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
- Experience in Amazon transportation systems (ATROPs)
