What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Machine Learning Platform at Dandy, you will lead a talented team of ML Platform Engineers focused on building scalable infrastructure for 3D deep learning and computer vision applications. You will be responsible for executing the ML roadmap, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the business and its users.

You will establish and promote best practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring that the ML solutions are reliable and reproducible. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers and other engineering teams to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment across the organization.
