Kaseya is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead high-performing .NET engineering teams in building scalable, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in .NET technologies.
You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, with at least 5 years of experience in software development and management. Your expertise in .NET technologies is complemented by a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, particularly on Microsoft Azure. You excel in fostering a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation, and driving projects to successful completion.
You are adept at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and professional development, ensuring that your team members grow in their roles. You are also skilled in stakeholder management, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices would be advantageous. A background in IT infrastructure and security management solutions is a plus, as is a passion for leveraging AI in technology solutions.
