You have a background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of building long-lasting partnerships and are driven by customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. You are proactive and motivated, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and drive product adoption. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Specialist at Ivalua, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers are successful and derive maximum value from our platform. You will engage with customers post-implementation, helping them navigate the Ivalua platform and addressing any challenges they may face. You will monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You will also gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and work with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Your role will involve conducting training sessions and providing resources to help customers fully utilize the Ivalua platform. You will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall success of the company.
