D2L is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support corporate sales by helping clients maximize their use of D2L products and services. This role involves understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions. Experience in a technical sales environment is beneficial.
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in the education technology sector. You understand how to engage with clients and identify their unique needs, ensuring they get the most out of the products and services offered. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including educators and corporate clients, to deliver tailored solutions that enhance their learning environments.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and a passion for modernizing education will set you apart. Familiarity with learning management systems or educational technologies is a plus, as is a background in customer support or success roles.
As a Solutions Engineer at D2L, you will be the bridge between our innovative products and our clients' needs.
