What you'll do

As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead the procurement strategy for Microsoft’s cloud operations, ensuring that the supply chain is robust and capable of supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans. You will oversee the procurement process for multi-billion dollar datacenter construction and lease projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives. Your role will involve developing and implementing procurement policies that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts that deliver value to Microsoft and its customers.

In addition, you will analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the supply chain. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure that procurement strategies are aligned with project timelines and budgets.
