Microsoft is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive customer engagement and product quality for M365 Copilot. You'll collaborate with engineering and data science teams to enhance product adoption and insights. This role requires strong experience in product management.
You are a highly motivated Senior Product Manager with a strong background in customer engagement and product quality. With at least 5 years of experience in product management, you thrive at the intersection of customer insights and actionable strategies. You have a proven track record of managing feedback channels and driving partnerships with VIP customers, ensuring that insights effectively inform product development cycles.
Your expertise lies in driving customer engagement programs that align with business objectives and strategic priorities. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and solution architecture, to deliver impactful solutions that meet strategic customer needs. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
You are passionate about product adoption and quality improvements, particularly in the context of M365 Copilot experiences. You understand the importance of customer feedback in shaping product features and enhancements, and you are committed to ensuring that customer voices are heard throughout the development process.
Experience in the tech industry, particularly with cloud-based products, is a plus. Familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to drive data-driven decisions. A background in user research and A/B testing will also be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will define and execute engagement plans for M365 Copilot, focusing on customer engagement programs that align with Microsoft’s strategic priorities. You will manage feedback channels and drive partnerships with VIP customers, ensuring that their insights flow into the product development cycle. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering and data science teams to enhance product features and drive quality improvements.
You will work closely with customer-facing teams to understand user needs and ensure that product enhancements meet those needs effectively. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and metrics to inform product decisions and drive adoption strategies. You will also be responsible for communicating product updates and enhancements to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
